It's kinda crazy to think that I got into fanfics for tiktokers and streamers(specifically DSMP unfortunately), like 4-5 years ago. I haven't even read a book about any of that in maybe 3 years now? However I still keep up with stuff in the streaming community and seeing Wilbur and possibly George being exposed recently just really makes me want to disconnect from streamers completely.
After the whole Wilbur situation, I was about to delete my DSMP reading list. However I kept it because nobody does fluff like dsmp fics do . But now I'm hearing about Caiti's experience with who everyone is saying was George. I wasn't a fan of George as much as I was a fan of Wilbur's, in fact I never really liked him at all, too childish for a grown man imo lmao.
Now here I am, realizing that I need to stop looking up to famous people that I've never even met. It's too much of a disappointment. So I will be deleting my dsmp reading list. I think it's about time I let go of it completely.
