Welcome to my dark corner.
I am a novice writer, storyteller and this is one of the places where I sit, alone and hunched over a desk, franticly tapping out words while snickering to myself. You should know, for my own safety, I am an enemy to all arachnids and a protector of all things pawed and furry and sharp toothed.
You should also know, once the Great Ones rise again, the ones who exist only to me and the choir of squeaks in my mind, they will construct for me a crown of jellyfish bones and autumn apples. This crown will signify me as your king. I will then make it law to devour books of all kinds. For I consider this to be sine qua non of life. A necessary form of nutrition.
You are a trespasser. However, be calm, I welcome you with open pages and mildly attractive inkblots.
Explore this corner, but know it is a chilly, and smells of mint and lily flowers; the purple and red kind.
Also, did I mention my little corner was dark?
