I'm pretty sure Shine was trying to take care of Mizi (like stated in the comic she wanted to take good care of her) and understand her but she ended up hurting her because she focused on how cute and adorable she was instead of taking Mizi's pain seriously. I don't think Shine actually WANTS to harm Mizi, I think she just ended up harming her and brushing off the fact she's hurting Mizi because Shine doesn't understand humans well as an alien. So Shine does have good intentions, but hurts Mizi in the process of taking care of her. (This is just how I interpreted it and saw it !!)
