I need some help (nothing bad.) I'm going to make this as short as I can. So I'm an energetic person, happy and playful, but I just get irritated so easily. I can be playful one moment, but all it takes is someone to do one small thing and it's like a flip of a switch; I get irritated, which makes me upset. I dislike feeling upset towards the person and the feeling of being angry. Then even sometimes when I am calm and content, I'm still irritated internally. The best I can describe it is like an itch that can't be scratched. But then I'll be fine after a little while. I hate my mood swings and my short temper.
What can I do to get rid of all that anger, or at least reduce it?
