It’s been 10 months and I’m here.
Not for good, this account is clearly abandoned and I have no desire to write for Wattpad anymore. I’ve still been checking up on the account from time to time, but that’s it. I’m just here to offer the rightful apology you all deserve.
There was a situation back in October where I said something very clearly out of line and I have no excuse for it. It was wrong, and after turning a blind eye to it I realised the effect of my words. So I left the app. I deserved every bit of hatred people had to say to me, however it was taken too far.
People were sending me death threats, people found my personal socials, my phone number, my email, and were sending me horrible messages I don’t even want to repeat. And the worst of all? One person who practically ran the hate train ended up being a catfish and every word out of their mouth for the past year was a lie… yet I was the problem in their eyes? Whatever.
I was essentially getting harassed — even into this year. The last message I received was in May, and I was honestly debating taking it to the police until I realised… what would they do? Absolutely nothing. (1/2)
