@Coruma1 The first step is to have the main concept in mind. What type of story is this? A romance story, an Adventure Story, a Slice of life? etc. The second step is to know the main characters and villains, because they are part of the plotline.
            Then you can write a general summary of the story, with its key parts, and finally start to write chapters with more details, etc...
