          I have a lot of friends that destroy themselves for success, I still don’t know what to say that could possibly help because ‘it’s ok to take breaks :)’ probably doesn’t mean anything, but just know people are here to listen and care
          You’re a person, and whether you see it or not you have amazing qualities, it’s why you have friends, they can look at you without all the judgement you look at yourself with
          I bet you’re funny, I bet you’re smart, I bet you’re gonna do great things
          You’re so strong to have had made it as far as you have, you just gotta push a little more
          Just love each day trying, and you’ll have been worth it
          Just love each day and you’ll have done so much, even just laying in bed means you’re still with us and able to try, and rest like that is important
