@CarlytheWolfStories I actually tried to refuse the money because I told her that I have the money for it, and I was gonna get payed soon and how it was fine. And she told me that it just broke her heart that some parents would just disregard their kids birthday, and she wanted me to have the money. The funny thing about this is that these were completely strangers more willing to help me out than my own family, for all they know, I could've been lying. Granted I wasn't, but there was no real way they could've known whether or not I was. I still have the $10 set aside, even though it's been a few days.

@CarlytheWolfStories Thankfully I did manage to get a job... Granted it's at the dollar tree, but a job is a job. I work 5 hours at a time with only a 10 minute break (if I even get one). I've worked 3 days in a row this week and I have had an actual dinner since Monday, I mean, except for yesterday, but the only reason was because I was talking to a customer and I mentioned that my dinner for the past 3 days was a small bag of chips and an energy drink. I also mentioned that because I get home so late that I don't have time to eat after work since my parents expect me to go to bed by 10, which is around the time I get home. She so kindly had bought me a chicken wrap that had a spinach tortilla sort of thing around it. I'm actually very thankful for her. I don't even really like spinach and I still ate it. It tasted good, but that could also be the fact that I hadn't eaten real dinner in days and was just hungry. I'm exhausted all the time. Oh! And even better! My parents were talking to my brother the other day about his birthday being October 1st and ask him what he wants. I butt in with, my birthday's the 6th. My mom says, "Yeah. So?" I tell her about a Norse Mythology book that I want and her response is, "You have money don't you?" I told her that I did have money, but it was just an idea for something she could get me for my birthday. And her response was "Then take the bus." The next day, I had work, and ended up telling a customer about this because she told me about how she wanted to surprise her son for his birthday. I was under the impression that he was 6 or 7 and just wanted balloons (we were out of helium). She told me he was turning 17. And I told her about the whole thing about my parents and this years birthday, and how my parents will expect a gift from me on theirs and the book. She asked me how much the book was and I told her it was about 22 dollars. After paying for her stuff she then hands me $10 and told me to save it for the book.

@-_Misfire_- good god, I'm turning 18 in April and couldn't imagine that horror of at least trying to get a step in life without help during a fUcKinG pandemic- like are you kidding me- just because you're legally an adult, doesn't fucking make you completely capable of literally everything in life all at once, they should be at least helping you out with shit a bit before just cutting you off like that immediately. Now if you had failed highschool and had no sign of getting something in life done, then yeah I could see why they'd act like this a little since "Well you've showed us how you don't give a shit in school let's see how you handle real life ya spawn of satan-"

@VeggieSnek Okay. So like yesterday, we think we found him outside, but we also think it could be another snake of the same species. We can't tell for sure,but at this rate, we're pretty sure it's him cuz we haven't seen any other snakes at all. We just kinda left him alone. So long story short he probably made his way outside on his own.

@VeggieSnek Even if it was in your house, your door was most likely open. I suggest you find it and put it back in the wild instead of keeping it. ^v^

@-_Misfire_- With all due respect, don't take a wild snake out of it's habitat. If it doesn't know what's going on, it will start to get stressed out. That's not good for you nor the snake. I suggest getting one that's bred for captivity. <3
