Als du aufwachst, hörst du als erstes das leise Prasseln des Regens. Du stöhnst auf. Eigentlich magst du Regen, aber heute hast du schlechte Laune. Mühsam stehst du aus dem Bett, ohne Motivation ziehst du dich an und stellst dich vor dem Spiegel. Du betrachtest dich missmutig. Du fühlst dich zu dick, zu dünn, hast viel zu viele Pickel, du findest dich zu klein oder zu groß . Das sagt dir eine kleine Stimme in deinem Kopf, die immer etwas an dir zu bemängeln findet. Aber jetzt stell dir vor, dass da noch eine andere Stimme ist. Die Stimme die dir zu flüstert, dass du richtig bist wie du bist. Dass es langweilig wäre, wenn alle Menschen gleich wären. Dass jeder Mensch eine Geschichte hat. Jeder Mensch ist einzigartig, genau wie du. Dass du alles meistern wirst. Du wirst jede Schwierigkeit meistern. Du wirst geliebt, egal wie du aussiehst. Dass es irgendwo auf der Welt jemand gibt, der dich liebt. Aber dass es auch normal ist, nicht immer gute Laune zu haben. Dass es normal ist, alles verfluchen zu wollen. Aber egal wie es dir gerade geht, wünsche ich dir einen wunderschönen Tag und ich habe dich lieb.
