found the reason why wattpad has been deleting stories/drafts as well as "shadowbanning" at random.

          	apparently, it's a new ai bot they're using to delete works breaking guidelines quicker but ultimately it cannot accurately tell the difference between works who ARE breaking the guidelines and ones that are not.
