@-anitram - Hey author!! I just finished reading GETAWAY CAR and I’m sat. COMPLETELY and utterly sat. Like, I genuinely don’t know how to explain that feeling you get when you finish a story and you’re just sitting there thinking, “Wow… that was GOOD.” Yeah, that’s exactly where I’m at right now. First of all, I LOVE the title you chose for this story. GETAWAY CAR fits the OBX vibes so perfectly, and then the cover?? Yeah, you definitely knew what you were doing. And the description?? YOU KILLED IT: houlda known I'd be the first to leave think about the place where you first met me .ᐟ ... she is leading the most boring life and he looks exactly like the kind of trouble she needs to shake up this ever so mundane routine of hers. Like okayyyyy, I see you!! You clearly know exactly what kind of story you want to tell, and you’ve already managed to establish that within the few chapters that are up. As soon as I stumbled across this story, I had a feeling I was about to get sucked in, and yep… I was right. I really love the way you set up your chapters, too. Everything feels intentional, and it makes the story so much more fun to read. AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU DID WITH THE GETAWAY CAR CHAPTER?? The spacing and the words you left throughout it?? I have to ask, are those lyrics from a song or something? Because whatever they are, they fit the story SO well. I was sitting there like, wait a minute… what does this mean? And your graphics/mood boards/aesthetics for the main characters?? LOVE. They fit them so well! I also really like the little lines you gave each character that feel like they represent their personalities or attitudes. That was such a nice touch. Then you added their nicknames (which, by the way, are adorable), ages, zodiac signs, AND playlists?? Author, you really said, let me give my readers EVERYTHING.

@-anitram - You had me kicking my feet and screaming into the void like a little schoolgirl. I DO have a few questions, though! I know it’s way too early to tell, but do you have plans to take the story through all five seasons, or are you planning to stop at a certain season? Also, I really like how you’ve made Isabel feel like a well-rounded student. It’s a small detail, but I appreciate that she has a life and interests outside of whatever is eventually going to happen with the Pogues and John B. And speaking of OBX, what did you think about the previous seasons?? Are you excited for the fifth and final season? Do you have any theories about how everything is going to end? Because now my brain is running WILD with possibilities. I’m already wondering how Isabel and Sarah’s relationship is going to develop. Are they going to become close friends? Will they clash? And could Isabel somehow have a connection to the Royal Merchant history?? If she does, WHAT kind of danger is she going to get herself into? How is her relationship with Ward Cameron going to turn out?? And what about her family dynamics? There are SO many possibilities! And I’m not even going to lie, my brain has already started coming up with scenarios about whether Isabel could end up having to disappear or fake her death to escape with John B, whether John B would be the one doing something like that, or whether neither of them will have to. I KNOW it’s way too early to be making these theories, but YOU DID THIS TO ME, AUTHOR. The suspense and all the possibilities are already endless, and that’s what I love about it. I genuinely have no idea where you’re going to take this story, which makes me even more excited to keep reading. But honestly, whatever direction you decide to take GETAWAY CAR, I’m here for it. You’ve definitely gained an excited reader because I am INVESTED now.
