Yeah… overthinking happens, it’s natural sometimes. Anxiety has a way of creeping in when things get too quiet, but you don’t have to let it drown you. Try to distract yourself, yeah?.. Even something small,,, music, a silly video, a little task,,, just to keep your mind from spiraling. Free time can feel like torture when there’s nothing to occupy your thoughts, but you’re stronger than them. You’ll be okay. I promise. ^^
