Hi yes I revived to send in a poem
["What does leadership look like to you?"]
Gather the council into a circle
and let the hound guide the sheep
Gather the council into a circle, the half of them deceased
Sunken eyes and hollow skulls, but presence is the mean
Ignore the cries
Of silent farmers,
"What does leadership mean to you?"
The bishop's a dove,
Godsent from above
Parry the weatherer's woes
Friends turn to foes,
foes turn to wolves
What does Mother know?
A shattered song,
a siren's doe
A frigid shawl,
An infant's blow.
Your people cry out,
Your people pry in
Your people sigh in numbers,
But numbers do. Not. Win.
Spread all the gold you want,
SEND IT ALL TO SIN!
Theseus' ship has sailed,
But is it even real?
Your people weep in sorrow.
Others weep in wrecks.
Your people smite your hand,
And your people spite your "facts."
Is that what leadership looks like to you
Or is it what it's worth?
To replace the rotten bamboo branches,
With golden artificial birth?
