i love writing different povs bc ine character will be like "this makes tons of sense and the things i do are entirely justified based on my own mental reasoning" and then the other one is just like "wtf is even that"

Exactly, the nice part of different views, expect for trying to make sure nothing bleeds over into the different point of views.
