Hey, everyone! 
          
          Sorry it’s been so long! I’ve been busy with life, work, and grad school. 
          
          Needless to say, I haven’t had much time to write until just recently. I have been inspired to write again by the Mandalorian. I’ve posted a few chapters on ff.net and was wondering anyone would interested in reading it.
          
          I know it’s been a long time, but I’ve finally gotten excited about writing again!

Guys!!! I have editing here and there for a little bit now! I really want to get back to writing. I miss it so much! But I’m not sure which stories I’m going to continue with and which ones I’m going to discontinue. 
          
          I think I got burnt out with too many stories and just lost interest. I’m definitely in a better place mentally and want to get more of my own works out there. Let me know what you guys think! 
          
          Also if anyone is interested in picking up any of my stories, let me know and we can work something out!

Wow! It’s been awhile, hasn’t it? I’m sorry about that. But to be honest, I just haven’t been in the right mental place to write any of my stories except just bits and pieces. However, I am planning to get back in the swing of things very soon! Looking forward to writing again! I miss you all!!!

I am an adventurous eater. I am willing to try just about anything. I like to follow Andrew Zimmern’s motto of ‘if it looks good, eat it’. But tonight, I made a mistake and made something that didn’t agree with my stomach or taste buds. At first, I thought I’d wasted the wonderful ingredients and my time. But after some reflection, I’ve realized that it wasn’t a mistake instead it was another step in my culinary journey. And the next time I make this particular dish, I will simply modify it to fit my taste buds better and hopefully my stomach isn’t nearly as fussy. I look forward to trying this again and will continue to have an open mind about it. 
          
          P.S. Making curry style butternut squash soup probably isn’t a good idea when you’re recovering from a stomach bug/food poisoning.

*LIFE UPDATE* 
          
          First of all, Hello everyone! 
          
          It's been way too long since I've been active here or posted anything. I feel like I'm missing out on a lot. I never planned to be away for as long as I have. Unfortunately, my new job has taken up the majority of my time and focus.  I also spend an hour commuting both ways which makes it difficult to find time to write in the mornings and evenings. 
          
          However, Fall Break is two weeks away! I'm hoping to find some time to write/update and/or get some updates queued up until Thanksgiving/Winter Breaks.
          
          I miss writing and this community very much. I feel like I haven't been myself since I started this new job. I haven't been in the mood and haven't found the energy write/draw in months. I hope I can find a way to bring balance in my life in order to commit to my projects and stories.
          
          Needless to say, I look forward to catching up with everyone as soon as I can. I'm also thinking about posting an actual 'Life Update' in my blog.
          
          Thanks to everyone who has continued to follow me while I've been inactive. I hope the stories and projects I have planned will make up for my absence.
