hey guys! im opening the second slot in my grfx shop! this is because the original person didn't comply with claiming it within the 48 hour rule </3
          
          in relation to this, it seems like a similar situation already happened twice when relatively new accs with only one NEW book will request in my shop. i let it slide the first time, since in the first instance, they were able to claim it but deleted their acc after. this time around, they didn't claim it and deleted their acc.
          
          i'm normally very lenient with this kind of behavior directed towards me. i'm not mad–i'm just so confused and a little sad. i just wanna know why this happens so i can at least make sense of what is happening. for the graphic designers out there who take requests, please be careful <33
          
          i will also be implementing a rule where i will only accept accounts that are 5 months old to try and mitigate this situation again.
