@-heartz4reahh || hii love!! having a good year helped me a lot, i cut off toxic ppl and talked to my friends A LOT. i also got into a lot of shows and got new hobbies to keep myself occupied! when i would get angry or mad, id go to my bathroom, take a book and lock the door until ive calmed down. when my parents upset me or something, i normally would take a shower and let all my feelings out. i also took all objects i could sh with and locked them away in my cupboard and put the key somewhere i wouldn't be able to reach. if i felt useless or just wanted to end it, i would go vent to my friends or i would go have a walk and cry it off. these arent the best tips but i hope they can help you!!
