Explanation of the Retro Au:
It's basically the 2017 IT, but Haikyuu!!
The original Losers are Asahi Azumane,
Nishinoya Yuu, Ennoshita Chikara, and
Tanaka Ryuunosuke. They each take the
places of Bill Denbrough, Stanley Uris,
Eddie Kaspbrak, and Richie Tozier. Later,
they are joined by Sugawara Koushi,
Daichi Sawamura, and Kiyoko
Shimizu.
The Bower's Gang is Ushijima Wakatoshi,
Tendou Satori, Eita Semi, andTsutomu
Goshiki.
Most of this au takes place in the quarry,
the bowling alley (arcade), and the school.
The reason it isn't an IT au is because it
takes place slightly later than the story did
(1995), and it doesn't revolve around being
chased by an evil creature that takes form of
your worst fear (although it does happen in
this au). Also, instead of the "Georgie" of this
au being a member's younger brother, Yachi
is Asahi's younger stepsister. She doesn't die
in this au, just is seriously injured. Because I
plan on Nishinoya being the "Stanley" of the
group, I will keep the original line of him being
the one to initiate the pact, and him being a
stronger willed person. The identity of Pennywise
has not been decided yet, and will remain a
secret for a while.
