Once you're in the healing stage of a past tragic event, it means you can talk abt it without venting, or you can even laugh abt it, because it seems so normal. Don't hold on to bitterness, anger and wrath for too long. If you need time off or therapy to get rid of it, take that opportunity, because all that raging negative emotions you feel inside, will only harm you. Or even, harm someone else unintentionally making you feel worse than before. It's hard to forgive, it's even harder to forget. But that's the best way to go abt life. If you don't forgive, your holding a grudge and keeping negativity. If you don't forget, it'll haunt you. Takes a lot of effort, but a positive mind, brings positive feedback. In the midst of your storm, a positive mind will make you glow. People will look up to you for help because you're a bright star in a stormy night. Shine for yourself and not for others. Help someone to understand what it takes to be like a star, but don't do it for them. They should do it themselves, or else they will not learn what it takes to be a star. So they'll always lean against you, when a star should be independent. And when you're gone, they'll fall again. ~♪
