Y’all, it’s already been a year since I first posted Sweetener and I truly can’t thank you guys enough for how far this book has come. A couple BWWM’s I recommend are Emotions and Complete Me by goldmelanin17, Eternal Obsession and Longing by blackgirlstoryteller, Saving Everest by unfortunatelysky, King of Sunset Drive by HeteroLlama, and Jacob by airyaphrodite. They aren’t exactly like Sweetener but they are some of my fav books on this app! Hope this helped!

Ur book is so good I loved it, I’m tryna find any other book like it. I’m like drew, I like this black girl in my class but she don’t like white guys and ur description of imani fits exactly like the girl in my class. I could realate to ur book except for the “imani likes drew bwck” thung
