          ||SPOILERS AHEAD||
          Furthermore I think that’s what Janus’s whole mission. To make Thomas acknowledge that’s there’s more than just Morality, Creativity, Logic, and Anxiety. That’s why sympathetic deceit is real, he’s just a side with a mission to help Thomas understand himself. And in all honesty, I think that the main four are hindering Janus from doing it. (“Don’t let him or any of his friends stick around for that long again.”)
          I think that as Thomas is forced to accept parts of himself that’s when they’ll come to the forefront more. Like with Virgil. Thomas accepted he had Anxiety and now Virgil is free to be at the forefront whenever he pleases or is needed. I think that’s what’s gonna happen with Janus.
          
          Okay so that’s the theory. 
          Side notes:
          I hope one day Deceit is just gonna have an episode where he’s like “Thomas you need to wake up already. There’s more to you than just Logic, Morality, Creativity, and Anxiety!!! When will you accept that you’re a complex human being with more than just basic attributes.” And then Roman’s like “YOU CALLIN ME BASIC?!?!” And deceit just carries on with his speech. And then we have a flash montage of all the different sides he’s hiding from himself.

          I don’t think that there are any “dark” sides. There are just sides. Sides that show themselves, sides that don’t, sides that have a bad rep because of what they are. I don’t think that it’s like a wall dividing the two. That would be impossible, because if it was true Janus would be a “light” side. Which after years of stories and episodes, he’s made out to be a “dark” side. I just don’t see how their can be dark and light sides. There’s just sides. Sure some are more chaotic or mysterious than others, but that doesn’t make them inherently bad. Would you call Remus a dark side because he’s provides intrusive thoughts? No, because he’s more than that. He’s the repressed creativity. And I think that’s all there is to it. Repressed and nonrespressed sides. Sides Thomas acknowledges and sides he’d rather not know about.
