I hope you're doing well. Staying hydrated and yes, letting yourself rest. I just want you to know that it's okay to go through tough times and break, it's okay to have cracks. It's okay to not be able to smile, to feel exhausted after a conversation, to feel tired without a reason, to find escapisms. It's okay to have your own moments.
I hope you're told this often but, I'm thankful for your existence. You make a difference. And I'm proud of the efforts you put in everyday.
