I’ve just finished waves and it is one of the best books I’ve read on here. Yes im literally crying my eyes out right now i feel so heartbroken but the writing was amazing and #mourningjavery. i dont think ill ever get over this

At some point we have to talk about reader etiquette because no way are there people on here who think it's okay to download someone else's work, pass it off as theirs, and think that it would be funny. 
          
          Not only that, but to silently read something then out of nowhere, the first ever comment you make is a demand for updates. Or worse - rag on characters because they're not supposed to have backbones?
          
          Wattpad used to be one of the most inclusive safe spaces in its earlier years. Since when was plagiarism seen as a fun joke? Since when were authors being treated like puppets to fulfill your literary fantasies?
