The most annoying thing about trying to update a book you haven’t touched in months is forgetting all the filters you used prior smfh

Hey y’all! I know I’ve been MIA but I wanted to say thank you guys sooo much for 2k on “Posh Life”. Wattpad hasn’t been letting me add photos to my drafts for some reason, and I have to get a new phone but don’t worry, it’ll definitely be up again some time in 2025 with all new graphics, casting tapes, and more work to my liking. Thank you guys for the love so far ❤️

“Unpopular” opinion... honestly fuck Kendrick Lamar and fuck the entire hip hop industry as a whole. His whole diss track against Drake was performative AF, and I felt it in my spirit the moment it came out. While yes, it was good and had everybody riled up for a good minute, why is it that woman’s potential trauma only gets brought up when it’s to hurt another man? If Kendrick actually gave a fuck about Drakes weird behavior he would’ve came out with all that information YEARS ago. Regardless of anything, if you are aware a man is preying on minors... you don’t wait until it’s convenient for you to expose him to further push your own agenda. He’s really not the good guy some of y’all claiming he is. On top of all that... are we just gonna gloss over him performing with Dr. Dre??? A KNOWN abuser?? Yeah... fuck Kendrick Lamar. Sincerely. He’s just as bad as the people he actively surrounds himself with, and the people he’s trying to call out. It’s a huge slap in the face to woman / black woman to be specific. If anybody is confused on what I’m referring to, just check out this post by darkest.hue on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/C8kH0B9uKMz/?igsh=cDkxd2QwOWJwMDlw

I’ll probably delete this later as I don’t want this painful and dark reminder of woman’s realities up on my page, but that post popped up on my feed and I just felt the need to share it with anybody who cared on here as it’s not being discussed enough in my opinion. As a black woman, I am tired of our pain being ignored, then being used as the punchline.

thisss. these men aren’t here to protect black women, they’re here to pander. the industry and consumer america managed to overlook kendrick lamar’s own abuse just because they don’t like drake. the moment he bought out dre, i couldn’t believe it. i detest dre so much and for kendrick to bring out an abuser to taunt another one.. it made me realize black women will always be a joke to black men, MEN period. it was sickening. thank you for this thread.
