Y’all worried about your edits when what you should be worried about your rights?? 
          
          First of all, TikTok got banned because of a fake problem Trump “brought to our attention” and now he’s saying how he loves TikTok and he’s trying to save it. He’s literally using this as a way to gain more support. 
          
          Second of all, our first amendment is quite literally the freedom of: religion, speech, press, and assembly. THAT INCLUDES MEDIA. 
          
          Third of all, TikTok is not the only app being banned. And I wouldn’t be surprised if the U.S. government is slowly cutting us off from the outside world. Because other countries view us and our legal system completely different than how we view ourselves. For example: the fact that America is really an Oligarchy and not a Democracy like our leaders like to tell us it is. Another example is the fact that other countries receive different news reports about ourselves than we do (this goes for every country). 
          
          And if I see any more people saying “this isn’t a place for politics” when have books ever NOT been political??? Writing in GENERAL used to only be acceptable among white men. And for centuries people have been writing about the government and injustice.
