while exploring the different worlds, oliver accidentally stumbles across an island we all know and love. the boiling isles. willow was alone, roaming around the land extremely bored out of her mind, trying to find something to do that could cure her boredom before she falls over and dies because of it - when the young witch had seen the phantom from afar. she didn't recognize him from before . . . maybe he was new? to be fair - there was no way she knew everyone from the boiling isles. the girl slowly approached him curiously, wondering who this could possibly be. " hey! " she called out from a slight distance, hoping to catch his attention.

@wtchesplnt inquisitive blue eyes spotted her pointed ear. "my name's oliver. i..." he sighed. "i won't lie to you. you may think i'm a little odd for saying this, but i have travelled here from somewhere quite far away."

" who . . . who are you? i know its like, impossible to know everyone but i feel as if i'd recognize you from seeing you once or twice around town! " the witch explained, she was a short one, chubby. they seemed to be wearing glasses that slightly tinted their olive eyes. she put a hand up to their own face and tucked a dark navy blue strand of hair out of her face, which revealed one of her pointy ears. the citizens around here had strange physical appearances . . .

“ kudos to him? still, he's kinda sad nowadays if you really look at him. ”
and to his concern, she merely shrugged. for all she could do was continue searching for an exit; this fact being negated by the opposing fact that perry hadn't expressed any will to leave in quite some time.
“ he's allowed to miss the front, no one says he can't. however, if he's not asking me to help him leave, no way am i gonna risk my life if he doesn't know what he wants. until he brings it up again, 'm gonna act like i have been. ”

"hey now, he's not a wuss. he dealt with being haunted by me and some other spirits."
the phantom crossed his spectral arms and frowned. his hair was dirty blond, bordering light brown in places. and he was also shorter than perry by an inch or so. "well, it is about perry. and marsha. i'm very concerned because i haven't seen marsha in a few weeks. and perry? his grasp on the situation seems to be slipping. he wants to go home. he misses his mother."

“ yeah, yeah; happy to see your real form too. but doesn't even begin to explain why you left perry. he seemed like a wuss, but a nice one. ”
nodding softly at her own words, she kept her gaze transfixed on the phantom. for some reason, seeing the man in his natural form really explained the differences between him and perry.
“ besides all the pleasantries; you wanted to talk about somethin'? what's up, man? ”

/ this account is for oliver, my original character. he has possessed perry mathers, my other character, for years on and off, but recently he has gained the power to be seen without the need for a tangible body. oliver can also manipulate and touch objects in his spectral form. this means he doesn't feel the need to possess perry as often as he used to.

/ UPDATE! maybe my other original character, either johnathan or atlantes, helps oliver gain some tangibility. they're both sorcerers, so maybe one of them helps the phantom gain more control of his spectral form through magic?

/ i don't know. i may change this idea a little. maybe he prefers a fully tangible body so that's why he possesses perry, but without possessing him, or anyone, oliver can touch objects and make the air cold or slightly hotter. but he is a bit weaker in his phantom form. it's easier to possess someone and use their body to interact with items physically rather. i hope this makes sense.
