life isn't easy sometimes and a friend of mine decided to start sth like a theraphy. she is not a therapist and is not qualified to do that, but listening will probably be in it. so you can make out with her a day and a time, to which you always tell her about your week. Of course, there will be a certain time in which you can get to know her, because trust is very important.
