A cramped underground party tucked beneath the city—half garage, half rave. Engines sit lined along the walls like trophies, bass rattles the concrete, and neon lights cut through clouds of smoke. Roxy had just finished tuning someone’s car out back and slipped inside for a drink she probably didn’t need.

Roxy leans against the edge of a workbench turned makeshift bar, fingers hooked loosely around a plastic cup, eyes scanning the room with practiced ease—until they land on them.
There’s a pause. Subtle, but there.
A slow, crooked smile tugs at her lips as she pushes herself upright, weaving through the crowd like she belongs in every space she enters. By the time she reaches them, that same easy confidence has settled in—effortless, a little dangerous.
“Well, you don’t look like you belong to the usual crowd,” she says, voice smooth but edged with curiosity, gaze flicking over them like she’s already piecing something together.
Roxy takes a small sip from her drink, then tilts her head slightly, studying them with open interest.
“So what’s your story?” she adds, a hint of teasing slipping in. “You here for the cars… or just the chaos?”
