@Sweetfox45 || I use Canva for the moodboard aspect and then just search aesthetics for certain cores like softcore, cottagecore, dark academia for the specific images.

▪︎ I have posted my Laurance Zvahl fanfic. And honestly, I feel pretty giddy about writing this book. I am taking some creative action to form a full plot to this unfinished canon plot.

▪︎ And no shop hopping, it's disrespectful. Graphic designers spend a lot of time working on these, the least you can do is show them respect by using the graphics and following the rules set in place.

── .✦ I've been seeing a few posts about people commenting on the usage of faceclaims, moreso, the "overuse" of faceclaims... It might be just me, considering I very often reuse the same faceclaims, but it's a little silly that so many have such a problem with it. I don't know, kinda makes me laugh.
Like I half agree with those using Madelyn Cline for Stranger Things considering she's in the show for like one or two scenes but... honestly, as long as they aren't using inappropriate, aka minors, actors or heavily problematic ones, I have no issue with it.
Should people use more POC faceclaims? Absolutely, they should (i should too) but if you wanna reuse the same faceclaims, I see no issue. But then again, I grew up reading mafia books with that same stephen model playing the mafia boss so reuse hasn't been a thing I've worried about lmao
Anyway, each to their own, I guess.

@-rosiescomet who cares if you reuse face claims. Half the time I forget who the face claim is and imagine a random person until I remember who it is. And I reuse the same like 4 people every time I forget. People can imagine whoever they want, just like you. Faceclaims are just there to make it easier for us to imagine what you saw. If they don't like it they can imagine someone else.
And I’m someone who’s motivated to both read and write more when it’s a faceclaim I like. I understand the frustrations when someone you don’t personally jive with is everywhere but just imagine someone else !! Like it’s such a nonissue and an easy fix!
@-rosiescomet I like when people use face claims, but hate when they give two or three options and then proceed to use gifs or pics of all of them throughout the story. My brain can't handle it and just needs one consistent face claim for an OC, otherwise I might stop reading because it hurts my head trying to envision one of the face claims and seeing pics/gifs of the other choices. Of course, this is just my opinion and can be disregarded if you don't agree.
