hiii, i wanted to write a suggestion for your ‘pretty eyes’ book!! you can use it if you want or you can totally ignore this!
          
          but maybe you can put in that emily's mom tries to come in at some point trying the whole "that's my daughter bs" just because she sees that her daughter is going somewhere  so she tries to put it off as “wanting to be in her life”  but emily completely shuts it down
