I think I need to talk to somebody on real life but I just can’t with my family
I don’t want them to worry
It’s probably not even as bad as I am feeling
But everything came back today and I am so scared
Two weeks ago I was crying at night so bad that I looked wrecked the whole day in school and I think it happened again
I try so hard not to but what can one even do when they grew up worrying about everybody and now I am probably losing my third grandparent to another illness
The same that took my grandfather when I was little
I grew up watching my mum cry
My grandfather pretend he was okay for me with jokes and days spent visiting him in the hospital
And now my grandma (my mothers mum) has cancer too and some even in the same place
It’s not looking great
She’s losing her hair and everything from my childhood including other stuff just came running back to me and I can’t do this again
I just can’t
I can’t

@-sainzachu I've just read this and my hearts braking for you. You're carrying an incredibly heavy amount of pain right now. Please don't down-play what you are feeling or think it's "not that bad," what you've describe is genuinely such a painful experience. It is so normal that you feel lost and vulnerable and that you're crying and feeling scared, your pain is real and valid. I just wanted to send you some love right now and let you know that your pain is real and valid, you have so many people that care about you. I really hope that you can find someone to talk to, maybe your school counselor if you have one? Please be kind to yourself, suffering is human and there's people that are here to support you. Much love 🩷
