          “i’m ready, we can go wherever you want to go, it’s your birthday after all.” shoto didn’t really mind where he went with izuku, he just wanted to spend time with him, that’s all he really wanted.

          shoto couldn’t help the fact that he was somewhat excited to hang out with izuku, and since it was his birthday he wanted to make it special for him.
          
          he opened the door, and seeing izuku standing there made him smile inside, of course his face was still plain as ever on the outside. “izuku, hello. happy birthday.”

          shoto hated seeing izuku cry, but seeing him about to cry was somehow even worse. “izuku, i’m not sure if you’ll regain your memory, so i’m not going to give you false hope. but, i do promise that the hospital will try their best with your memory, okay?”

          “ah, don’t worry about that now. for now you just need to stay in the hospital and hopefully they can figure something out, okay?” shoto said. “i’ll handle the school situation for you if they can’t figure something out about your memory.”

          “we both go to u.a, which is a school that trains students to become pro heroes in the future. there are many other hero schools, but not everybody wants to train their quirk or become heroes.” he said.

          “well, from what i’ve seen, if you use it too much in one fight, or if you use it beyond your own limit, it hurts you.” shoto explained, to the best of his own knowledge of the quirk.

          “yes, you do have a quirk.” shoto answered, although he still wasn’t sure what his quirk was exactly. “yours is actually quite impressive, not completely sure what it is though.”

          “there are many, many quirks that exist. i couldn’t name every single one, but there are three types of quirks that they fit into. emitter, which is my type of quirk, mutant and transformation.” he explained.
