the audacity some people have i fucking swear. because tell me why someone thought it was okay to tell me “you should replace emma with barty” on stringe of fate? THAT’S NOT OKAY?! if i fucking wanted barty in the fic, i would’ve fucking put him in. what fucking right do they think they have to tell me what to do with MY fanfic?

okay so fic idea
          
          idek if i’m gonna write this but i’m leaving it here just in case i ever decide to so PLEASE DON’T STEAL!!!
          
          anyways, onto the idea.
          
          my idea is regulus dies right? and with her death, james receives all of the memories of their relationship that she’d obliviated him of. a few days later he goes to meet pandora bc he can’t exactly talk to anyone else about it but pandora tries to keep him out because inside, she has regulus’ watery coffin inside which she’d retrieved after kreacher took dora to the cave. 
          
          after seeing the coffin and pandora telling him about what regulus had been trying to do, james decides to stay with her so he can help. a few days later, after a dream of regulus being alive, james comes up with an idea and this is where the fic would really start.
          
          okay so, if you’ve ever seen shadowhunters then you’ll know what i’m talking about here. james’ idea is basically to revive regulus by tying her life force to his. like what lilith did for sebastian, tying his life force to jace in order to revive him.
          
          the rest of the fic is the 3 basically hunting horcruxes while the war rages on in the background. that’s all i rlly got for it right now. :)

          how they misinterpreted it: OH YEAH WALBURGA WASN’T FORCED IN CANON.
          
          like i have no problem with that hc but i hate when ppl treat it like canon.. but nowhere in my original comment that they replied to did i say she wasn’t forced in canon?? the only thing i said was that it was more likely she wasn’t..

          like i don’t understand how ppl can try and say regulus didn’t care about kreacher when it’s quite obvious he cared. like, you think kreacher would’ve heavily adored someone who treated him like a slave? 
          
          i mean look at lucius & dobby! it’s safe to assume that most of the Black’s treated their house elves the same way and kreacher certainly didn’t talk about the other’s the way he talked about regulus. regulus was so obviously his favorite and it’s easy to guess it’s because regulus treated him kindly?? like hello?? that’s one of the only canon things we KNOW about regulus, don’t take try and that away.

i think my favorite headcanon about the potter family is this;
          
          they’re one of the oldest & richest wizarding families in the world but it’s so easily forgettable. 
          
          like they know they’re rich but wealth isn’t important to them like it is to the Black’s or Malfoy’s. 
          
          like i can totally just imagine james playing around the dirt with marlene & peter. it’s entirely easy for all of his friends to forget he’s just as rich as sirius until he ends up buying a ridiculously expensive gift for their birthday. 
          
          and the potter’s are so welcoming to anyone, no matter the amount of money they come from. they treat everyone with respect until someone no longer deserves it (such as walburga & orion).
