unpopular-ish net neutrality opinion;
I don't think they can take it away. Social media is a part of our lives, and how we say most of the things we can't say in reality or don't wish to say.
Therefore, taking away net neutrality would infringe upon our right to free speech, because it prevents us from speaking out via social media. It also infringes upon freedom of the press, since net neutrality reduces the amounts of sites you can go on - and every site will be touched by this. Even the news sites. There won't be as many that will be allowed to be used, so the repeal of net neutrality takes away our freedom of speech and of the press.
Also, repealing net neutrality takes away the jobs of many, which encroaches upon an endowed right in the Declaration of Independence - the pursuit of happiness. The people working these jobs at the internet are *happy* and by working there are exerting their right to the pursuit of happiness.
In summary;
It would be unconstitutional to take away net neutrality, so they actually *can't* take it away and it would be against the law to do so.
