@-v1nt4g3- that's beautifully poetic, and sad. remember all the good things in your life and take a second to breathe deeply and calmly. it helps me to detach from the world a bit, just clearing my mind and focusing on the present moment. my mum teaches meditation so i'm used to it <3333333

@-v1nt4g3- I know it’s not easy to live with a mental disorder, but that’s just part of who we are. 
            People often misunderstand that, and say that people like us are “insane”. But that’s not true. 
            And remember: schizophrenia or not, you’re still a wonderful person!! ❤️
