Oh great. Just stumbled upon an author and a book that stole my concept and ran with it for more views. Great.

Words cannot express how heartbroken I am right now. Jonghyun was one of the most iconic singers in all of K-Pop and his legacy will continue to live on. He deserved so much better. He deserved to have help and aid for his mental health. He was a bright, funny, talented, sweet, and outspoken man who brought both smiles and tears to everyone’s faces. Those close to him were lucky enough to be friends with one of the brightest people in the industry. We lost someone we love tonight, but heaven gained an angel. May you sleep well, Jonghyun. We’ll always love you and you will never be forgotten.

Let me also take this opportunity to mention that if you are struggling with depression or suicidal thoughts/tendencies, please reach out for help. There are plenty of places, people, and hotlines available to aid you whenever you feel at your worst. Don’t be ashamed or scared to reach out for help. It’s okay to feel down, everyone does, and some people may have it worse than others, but that doesn’t mean your feelings don’t matter at all. Please prioritize your mental health as much as your physical health. Please don’t resort to the extreme point of taking your life. Please, please, please seek help if you feel, think, or know that you need it.

And let’s also remember that Jonghyun was an absolute legend who cared deeply about everyone. Mourning him is what we should do, of course, but let’s also remember that he would want us to be happy as well. Even in death, he should continue to bring smiles to peoples faces. He was an amazing man who should be remembered for all the amazing things he did. 10 years of a successful music career and being the main vocalist for the arguably most iconic K-Pop group. He spoke about things that he felt genuine about, and didn’t mind the backlash he received. He was strong. He was amazing. He was, and will forever be, an amazing legend. Rest in peace, Jonghyun. We’ll never forget you. We will love you even beyond our time.

Mid-terms and exams got me all sorts of stressed out but I’m gonna try to write more. I’m currently working on a new chapter of Kuro so that’ll be coming soon. Please give it lots of love and support, as I’m working very hard on it.

          Thank you xx
