after years of running chicago with her friends and making a return to hawkins. one day finally slipped up and the group were caught by the police. they were aware of her gifts, and at first offered a compromise; help them find 011 and kali and her friends would be free. kali would never willingly help the military though when they've always been out to get her, especially not to hurt her teenaged soul sister. kali refuses, and managed to stay on the run for a bit longer before being caught. this time the government was not so sparing on her, and now she has to help dr. kay or else her friends' lives all depend on it. they managed to catch her at a weak spot, in vulnerability. she can now be found in the military base on gable ridge road in the upside downs version of hawkins, indiana.
