Here's a thing I don't think people seem to comprehend. This isn't meant to be a rant, it's just something that gets under my skin.
Artemis. The eternal maiden. I've seen SO MANY Wattpad fanfictions about being her daughter. Which is fine, except it isn't. In said fanfictions, the main character is living a good life, with food and a cabin, a roof over their heads. The thing is, and the problem that has recurred in these fanfictions is the fact that Artemis would be in VERY BIG GIGANTIC trouble. So much trouble that Artemis would probably be tasked to kill her child to stay an eternal maiden. If the main character was claimed, then this means outright chaos among Camp Half-Blood and the gods. So yes, one child would have to risk their life just to die. A war would go on, bringing ROMANS, the opposites of Greeks into the mix. One child of Artemis is something that'll bring death. In the end, the main character would have to either die, or ask for godly powers and become an eternal maiden like their mother. Or become a Hunter of Artemis. Their very Existence would bring grudges, so no, the child of Artemis would not have a happy life. Artemis' life as a goddess would be on thin ice. So, just thought I'd share that fact, because people don't understand this. Also i just needed to rant.
But there is one plot line that could fit. If the child of Artemis was an accident, like a man assaulted Artemis...you know... then that'd probably be okay. Artemis would bring the child to an Orphanage, or ask Zeus to live with the child. Still, it would be problematic, but the child would not have friends or anything 'fun' and 'normal' really. They'd be frowned upon, a total outcast, and have very few to no friends. They would be VERY antisocial, and lonely. So yes, the fanfictions are not:
1. Logical (Not even close)
2. Correct
3. Historically right
