hii, i'm really sorry but i will be unpublishing neo city for a while. mainly bc i think that my plot is really messy and also bc i didn't think that story through :( i may or may not publish it again, it really depends if i can try to figure out the plot properly and not just the beginning and ending. really sorry!!
