pt 2. as for carmy i have that a huge amount of respect and love for his character due to him putting his own peace to reach perfection but to the cost of his own happiness, in the end he saw that the world he thought he belong to want his anymore and gave the lead to syd and that is one of his biggest sacrifices, carmy was so haunted by his own demons that he didn’t saw the need to continue and chose to be happy and for amelie i do think she is sorta based of me in a way lol but of course she is her own character and she thrives for perfection but doesn’t let it get to her since she knows what she wants and takes it like a champ and the passion that she needed was rediscovered on that smol trip to Copenhagen where she just needed to open up her world and connect with her emotions bc if you notice she was lowkey on a darker skin at the beginning and found true passion towards her job rather than let it consume her and ruin her path in the world of cooking/baking. ✨sorry for the long ahh response✨

hi! sorry for the wait but it’s a really good question:) to be honest i have been in contact with cooking for a really long time, my dad was the very first person to introduce me to the world of cooking, from differentiation of flavors, how to make an egg, and practice my skills with food and create my own recipes. although im not a professional chef, i truly love and respect the world of food in a genuine way,  i really like to go out and eat foods that i haven’t tried yet and journal about it! i like to decompose the flavors and see for myself if those flavors are the ingredients that were used to make the dish that im having, i also like to experiment with food and see what flavors connect:) (shoutout to the og anthony bourdain to encourage me to try new things and inspire me to write) for the details i think i write them like that because it’s as if i was making that dish, on a personal level i am an emotional person so i like to be cheesy but also real to what i like to write lol

hiii yesss i am currently working on what to do with the storyline bc i feel like i lowkey messed up the progress but i do have some drafts for some chapters to get the story straight but now that the bear has finished i have stuff to work with!!
