@ein_opferkind I wasn’t actually in the room for it so this is just from what I gathered. My (older) brother was putting his tea on, and my younger brother asked him if he could also put his (younger brother) tea on for him. 
          	  
          	  My older brother said no, and I don’t even know how it escalated from there. My older brother made it worse when he was getting scolded by my mum thoygh, by interrupting her and starting to walk away. That’s when all hell broke loose and I’m glad I didn’t hear it.
          	  
          	  So everything was tense for that night and the next day, but today’s been fine. My mum did say that she’d been really close to beating my older brother, which wasn’t good tho

          The second I get home and get a takeaway for my tea I’m able to devour it (it was a pretty big meal) and I’m not even full

I hate having sleeping issues bc when I take melatonin I have the precious few minutes of drowsiness, and if I don’t fall asleep during that then I’ll wake up constantly in the middle of the night
