          it feels like such a strange time to be celebrating being queer right now. with a genocide going on, and knowing that the Palestinian people (including the queer and trans ones) are being killed by the day from IOF forces...
          
          it's bittersweet, it really is. 
          
          i keep seeing posts from 'queering the map' specifically, and it breaks my heart to know that some never had the chance to experience the intricacies of queer (and platonic - ace and aro) love before their passing.

new chapters out. yay!! i've been getting in my writing groove lately so hopefully it lasts a good bit.

I have lost all motivation to write rn. like my brain is so occupied with stuff that I can't even write to escape the world anymore. it sucks...

people are silent about what's happening in palestine right now...
          
          its unbelievably ironic. 
          
          we love our books. we love the revolutions in our books. we love the fight against injustice in our books. we love the fight against oppressive regimes in our books.
          
          we have read about this time and time again. and yet....
          
          silence.
          
          5000 dead bodies. 5000 bodies found, not to mention the ones still under the rubble. many, many more (around 15,000) are injured. and they can't be cared for because hospitals have been bombed. 
          
          I'm not gonna pretend I'm an expert on this situation, because I'm not. But the least that we can do is speak up...
