Katsuki stared at the sky, humming quietly to himself. His usually angry expression was relaxed, eyes locked on the sky. It was his birthday, he knew that, but he didn't expect anything too special. maybe a few happy birthdays thrown his way, an attempted hug or a pat on the shoulder - in all reality, he didn't mind the small affections shown, he allowed it - but only on his birthday.

            Shouto let out a quiet sigh of relief, closing his eyes for a moment, before opening them again. He smiled slightly. “Really?” He held out a ring, his own cheeks flushing.

sad tidbit i just imagined- 
          
          ' local hero found dead in an alleyway. ' 
          
          that was the headline of today's news, and then the reporter showed up at the crime scene, this was apparently live. you leaned forward, biting you lip. isnt that where katsuki had been sent? 
          
          the camera shone on the reporter, and she began speaking. " the explosion hero, Ground Zero, was found dead. Signs of struggle were found, and said buildings that made alleyway had holes in them. a villain was found unconscious in the shop beside the alleyway, and managed to escape. 
          
          
          you froze, staring as they showed katsuki's limp form, battered and beat up. the reported chattered on, but you were already focused on the explosive male you knew.
