            There are also plenty of hotlines that you can call that are staffed with people who have been through it before, and can help you get out of it.
            
            If the books are expensive, you can do a free trial at amazon, or audiobooks, or a bunch of other sites for 2-4 weeks, and if you read the books in that timeframe, it costs you nothing
