You enter the throne room.
Countless paintings stretch out before you—all depicting the same woman.
Once with wings, once at the side of a dragon, another amidst flames.
You look straight ahead.
And there she is.
The woman.
Your queen.
She sits enthroned on a gilded seat, its black, velvet-upholstered surfaces shimmering in the light.
Behind her rests a dragon, its body made of forged steel.
A shiver runs down your spine.
Fear mingles with awe.
A tall, beautiful man walks beside you.
A ring set with small diamonds glitters on his finger.
Whom does it belong to?
To whom has he sworn allegiance?
As you stop at the foot of the stairs, your gaze meets her eyes.
They are purple and red—bright, but soulless.
She speaks:
"How did you come to me?"
Her voice echoes through the gigantic room.
Then she continues:
"You know you're one of my devils now... right?"
