I was hoping to update today but i was reallllyyyy busy and my chapter is full of errors so hopefully tomorrow i will updatem

Has anyone tried doing 3hrs of cardio fitness, because I think I'm dying and my thighs are on fire.
          A new chapter is nearly on its way tho!!!
