Isolated. Alone. Worthless. No one should have to accept bullying as a daily routine. The terrorising of others should not be normalised and embedded as a mere factor of our lives. It is destructive, reckless, and derogatory, and I for one will not stand for it.
And neither should you.
Because sometimes your biggest enemy is yourself. You alone are in charge of how you take in the words of the persecutors, and sometimes your own insecurities, your own fears, and your own mind can attack your happiness.
Sometimes we give people the power to attack us, when instead we should learn to love ourselves for who we are. Now is the time for us to embrace our quirks, embrace our differences, embrace our flaws- flaws that we are so quick to conceal and hide from the world.
