this has absolutely nothing to do with my writing but everything to do with free speech and expression in the US. I am an american citizen. I have learned so much on tiktok. do not. for a second believe that the US government is working so hard and fast to ban tiktok because of “national security”. that’s bullshit. it has everything to do with free speech and money. the gov doesn’t like that tiktok is a space where people from all over the world can communicate, share, learn, and organize without being able to control or influence what is posted (for the most part. idk all the facts). facist countries ban apps. the United States is forming into an oligarchical country. please do not stop fighting. use your voice. take advantage of your first amendment rights. please do what you can. my dms are always open if anyone wants to talk about this or anything else.
