tbh i still prefer writing short stories where i can play with the prosing and be pickier with words. and they are such cute little treats to come back to once in a while

ive been staring at this draft im supposed to publish today while still being so overwhelmed since early morning, by things i wanted to do and things i had to do, things right in front of me and things looming in the horizon. it just doesnt feel right to force myself and i especially dont want to half ass such a precious piece to me
