her having depersonalization and shes having an episode. and patrick doesn't help one bit since he himself has derealization disorder (i believe thats the right way to describe it. i have derealization and i think its right to describe it that way)
she just is panicking in a corner of her room, ranting about how shes not real and nothing is real. and patrick is just holding her softly and smirking. "you aren't real, doll. im the only real one on this sad earth. but its alright, as long as we dont get caught breaking the rules everything is okay." and she just looks at him and smacks him across the face "you're not helping, pat!" and the only way he thinks he can calm her down is to actually "lie" to her and say shes real. "you're right, im sorry. we're the only real ones. me and you. if you weren't real you wouldn't have been able to smack me."
